The Truman's team makes every effort to keep our appointments running on time, and we ask the same of our clients to ensure their optimal experience. For those who arrive late, we will hold your spot for 15 minutes but cannot guarantee your reservation after that point.
We recognize that our clients have busy and unpredictable schedules, but the number of clients we can serve each day is limited. As such, "No-Show" clients will be responsible for the cost of their services if we cannot fill their spot. This includes clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late (and cannot be taken) or who fail to show up at all. This also includes clients who cancel or reschedule within 1 hour of Read Other Policies
This policy also applies to members.
